    Black wound badge... authentic?

    Hi all,

I want to buy a wound badge and I’ve seen this one, is it a genuine example?

    thanks everyone

It is a very worn genuine example. If you're not in a hurry I would wait for a better example as there are many good looking pieces for a good price,

Thanks for the knowledge. If anybody in the UK has a good example (doesn’t have to be boxed) PM me. Gold would be ideal. Thanks

        Hi Gozzy

I can only agree with Mats, its a fine original however not in the best condition with most of the original black finish rubbed off. I would wait for a better example.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

I saw that one on eBay Gozzy90. Sold for a ridiculous price of £56.

Look on fortressmilitaria.co.uk. I got a L/53 from him this morning for £25. He still has an L/56 on there.

          Regards Stu.
