It looks ok, but it is hard to tell if the enamel is really right on the obverse. You can usually pick these up for around $30 with the ribbon. If the seller can't send you better pics I would pass IMO as you can find these anytime anwhere.

There is a silver and a nice cased gold one on the estand right now if you want one of those. Also, check the sponsors of this site, i just did a quick search and it looks like most of them have a few different ones for sale in all three grades. Some of the prices are a little higher than I would like to pay myself, but in the end I guess it all depends on if you really want one now, or if you are willing to wait for a nice one at a decent price to come along.
