This is a "What is it" that I am hoping I'm putting in the appropriate thread. This comes from a long-time collection of WWII German tinnies. This collection also has a miscellany of Wehrmacht Awards. I am assuming it is probably an order rather than an award of some civilian nature. I have tried and tried to figure out what it is to no avail.
