RAD broach

I got this broach and I am not sure, what this exactly is, as I found nothing in the net with this D 41 and the RADL on the back.

It is a RADwJ (National Labour Service of Female Youths) Female “Arbeitsmaid” Rank Brooch like this one......

Yours is made by Wilhelm Deumer, Ludenscheid who used the "bee in a D" mark.

Here is a RADwj Maidenfuhrerin brooch with the same marks as yours.....
