Agree - perfect group

Looks like he actully was 3 x Reichsieger ...... as the letter says " 3 x war er Sieger in dem Reichswettkampf".
The Berstein is dated 1936 , The watch 1937 and the badge 1938

According to the book 'Grundlagen der Deutschen Sozialordnung" it was not uncommon that year after year the same persons won the competiton. Who had a lot of talent for winning had that talent again in the next year.
