fantasy tinnie?

Hello everyone,

I picked this tinnie up at next to nothing. I am unfamiliar with tinnies and I am not able to find any information about this particular one. I do not have much confidence in it at all but I picked it up very cheap with a group of other items. What can you tell me about this if anything. Thanks a lot!

I believe this tinnie was given to those that made a donation to the National Socialist War Victims Care (NSKOV).

Hey guys,

This piece was from a set of three that was sold by the Winterhilfswerk during the Tag der Polizei event on the 28th & 29th of March 1942. It is often mis-identified as being NSKOV because of the similar design...but it is not.
