Can't really tell its size from those pics but judging by the bottom attachment- either a standard finial or a part of a static display.
If original, and seeing the swas being combined with the sword, I would think a good possibility of being 3rd Reich time frame item (as opposed to swastika good luck item or similar).
Might be worth posting it in the flags section as well.
