Hello from a new member

Hello to you all I am new here and hope to get much info from this forum. I am really a coin collector (world-Germany) but also have a few medals and such my late father brought back from Europe during the war. I'd like to share with you this interesting tinnie that was in my father's things and hope some of you can give me a little more information about it. Many thanks!!

well first off welcome to the forum MSD61.....congrats on your first post...btw what is your name??
the tinnie itself is fairly common...however the markings on the back are definately not...having the sudentanland markings on the back imo puts this into the unique category......very unusual and pretty sweet.
