Can someone tell me the significance of the Goldenes Hitler-Jugend Ehrenzeichen? Under what circumstances would it be awarded?

It was awarded to Hitler Youth members, both male and female who had joined before the Youth rally at Potsdam on Oct. 2, 1932 and had accumulated five uninterrupted years of service in the HJ or another NSDAP org. It also could be awarded for merit regardless of service time.

It is estimated by Angolia that about 107,000 HJ members would have been eligible for the badge.

Of the est. 107,000 members in 1932 only the ones that met the 5 year uninterrupted service in the HJ which was later expanded to include service in other Nazi org. were awarded the Golden Honor Badge

Can someone tell me the overall height of this award? I'm trying to create it in 1:6 scale for an action figure depiction of an HJ youth. The dimension only needs to be reasonably close so any help is greatly appreciated.
