Hi,
It appears to be a good one and is quite rare.
It is from the NSNAP Rappard -> Nationaal Socialistische Nederlandse Arbeiders Partij.
The NSNAP originally formed in 1931 by Ernest Rappard, but after internal conflicts seperated into three different simulataneously existing NSNAP's throughout the 1930's, Rappard's NSNAP (of which your button hole memberbadge is an example off) was one of the three NSNAP's. After the German occupation of the Netherlands, all NSNAP's were prohibited in December 1941. At this time they were all only very minor groups, some had changed leadership and course in the meantime. Studying the NSNAP is quite a hard proces because of all the changes and internal conflicts.
