AH Plaquette - For what purpose?

where I should post this.

I just got this AH plaquette.

Does anyone know its signification?

Did this one hang on a wall or something else?

IMO it's a multi use plaque that could be mounted on a small slab of marble for a paperweight or a wooden base that could be hung on the wall. Most likely could have been purchased by anyone to celebrate the NSDAP election victory.
