Unknown Stick-Pin ID Help

I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out what this is. I do know it is German as it is marked Deschler Munchen. It also has a knurled pin. I don't even know a time-frame so I could be in the wrong forum. The writing says Kronenrad underneath which reads HSH just in case my cheapo scanner doesn't give a legible image. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. You could even point me to another forum if need be. Thank you for your time and expertise.
