Hi Since posting this badge, I have been looking at the blown up image and noticed that the RZM mark is minus the line through the Z. I have never seen this before, does this tend to make it look like a possible copy.

Les' Your pin is a very nice example of an early HJ pin. You will find the RZM symbol comes in different ways 1. double circle with or without a crossed Z. 2. single circle with out a crossed Z. to name a few.
