I was wondering what those names mean. Maybe some history?

Perhaps RIR 111 = Reserve Infanterie Regiment 111 ?

And the other DSB?

I think "Deutscher Stenographen Bund".

The DSB badge is indeed for the Deutscher Stenographenbund and I agree that the other is most likely for the Veteran organisation of the Reserve Infantry Regiment 111. Cheers, Torsten.
