Its a Luftwaffe squadron badge, no idea which one.
I have one exactly the same that I aquired ih a tinnie deal some time ago.

It's the "Wotan" traditions badge for the Luftwaffe Test Centre at Rechlin. The German name for it i believe is the "Wotan-Erinnerungsabzeichen, Erprobungsstelle der Luftwaffe Rechlin".
