NSV Door Plaque

Guys,
I`ve never seen anything like this before. Is this indeed a door plaque and how common are they? Did other organizations within the Nazi party also have door plaques? Thanks for any info

And yes there can be found many many more of these, from Luftschutz to the Mother and Child organisation, to Winterhilfswerk to...etc!
