what is this help needed to Identify

Just got this its 2 inches across and quite heavy, the material is a hard metal, not nickel or silver, Its well constructed and defined. There is writing around the edges which can easily be read plus Deschler MCHN. and Initials GW at the bottom of the swastica. Under the portrayal of hitler is the name G.WEBER. Its looks a lot brighter than it is due to flash.
Any help appreciated.
