    NSDAP pin on e-stand

    http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...ad.php?t=44310

Any comments on this pin? I am a novice at these pins, but I have never seen markings like that on the reverse. And isn't there supposed to be a '-' before the "Sozial..."?

It does look a bit odd, unusual not to see a hyphen.

I agree, I don't care for it myself. Mike

Nor do I specially the oval O and lack of the - between NationalSozialistische.
But someone did as it's solid.

Has anyone ever seen an RZM like that? It is huge -- with large 'R' & 'Z' and a small 'M'.

The only time I have seen one similar is on this 18 mm stickpin.

              Hello,

enclose are two more NSDAP badgs of my collection with a hymen between L and S.

What do you think about these badges?

The other one, I have sold on estand is 100% an original one!

              cheers

              Stefan

                It's a virgin,

...if it still has its hymen.

I think the first badge posted is actually an original. The '13' relates to Lauer of Nurnberg, pre-1935. I've never seen another badge without the hyphen, but in my view this is a rare variant.

i agree with Robin lack of hyphen is not in and in itself a bad sign...i think the pin on estand is legit. i have seen this on some early pre RZM pins...maybe it is a carry over from those.

Aktinium, those two you have posted on this thread look fine to me, textbook examples. I have the M1/15 and its identical to yours.

I guess that makes it 100% liquid nitrogen stone cold mint

But seriously this is the first time I've seen or even heard about a party pin without a hyphen.I learn something new almost everytime I visit the forums. Here's an RZM mark with a really small "M". And I can't resist adding, and I'm doing so with only a positive intent not an attack, these single circle marks were once written about as being fake when used on a metal item, right Robin. My point being everyone can learn something new. Robin, many thanks for your efforts and work over the years

I did not think the RZM mark posted above was correct unless it was on a tiny badge that they just could not do all the detail.
