      Looks ok to me, heavily damaged on the enamel, maybe even someone has atempted to repair the enamel,difficult to see on the picture.
      Obviously affects the value,along with the broken pin ,but this is an often occurance with these small Fuess pins

            A classic Fuess badge. Has the "railroad ties" behind the oakleaves, the number font is correct. Just a bit tired, but real.
