I don't like it. The pin construction is wrong and I was of the understanding that NSDAP party pins of this era were RZM marked.

Good point about the RZM mark. But there is something I like about it. The detail seems really good. I wouldn't discount it yet.

Something is funny about the pin... looks like it was re-attached or another
attached where the spiral might have been broken off. Usually there is a tiny plate where the pin attaches to the reverse to give it a better hold.
The obverse looks pretty convincing.... John

I think that there is little doubt, the party piece is period, the pin itself, or at least the bottom 3/4 of it, is not.
