Wolfengel Stickpin Help Please

I just came across this stickpin and really know nothing about it. Anyone have any info to what this is as well as rarity and possible value?

I do not know if it's are rare pin or not, but i think i have read that Dr. Goebbels used to wear one?

These have been idenified as both the Kindergruppe der NS Frauenschaft which is loosly translated as a childrens group within the National Womens Assn. and as Dutch SS pins. I think the former rather than the latter, as the SS pins had pointed ends versus the squared off ends for the NSF. Rare, maybe not, but fairly scarce.
