The markings on the back are proper and I have seen them without any tarnish. The front photo is a little fuzzy, but I can't see any problems.

looks good like others have said but would have prefered a clear photo of the front to be certain its too blurry to make much out

It is just the first picture that playing tricks. Badge is good IMO.
