    Niemann's book/ Blood order

    I picked up a copy of Detlev Niemann's book on German decorations Vol.2 from 1875-1945 which is very good. In the section on Blood orders he shows a 2nd pattern BO in the2800 range with paperwork showing the awardee being an active paticipant in the events of 8.9. Nov. 1923. Did anyone else notice that? It seems if my translation is correct that some 2nd patterns were awarded to Putsch veterans. Any opinions?
