I don't condone cleaning 'anything' but it's the owners choice.

That said, a nice original first pattern Blutorden. Shame about the damage to the suspension ring, but at least it hasn't broken off! Take care when handling this as they do tend to snap off very easily once bent or damaged.

I haven't checked my copy of Patzwall's Blutorden reference - who's this one attributed to?
