What Is This Badge - Factory/Political ??

Hi to all,

Can anyone identify this badge? It is unmarked, appears to be made of brass with a "soft" gray finish, and is approximately 1.5" in diameter. Any help is greatly appreciated.

looks like a factory worker ID badge. Just enough space to have a number stamped or engraved on....,G.

Its A R .. and the letters are in what looks like a bolt head.. Could be some kind of hardware producing firm, industrial, or similar..

A long shot and a little patience but it has worked for me before,,, try and find/look at some period industrial type magazines and if your lucky you'll run across the logo..
