Dog training award???

Hello,

I'm into helmets and field gear so this is not my thing. I' getting rid of some of the least wanted items because my new bike blew its engine, so....

I wanted to first know what it exactly is and what is a reasonable value of it. My friend in Europe told me he saw a similar one or same one in a catalogue and it went for 1000 euros. Hearing that, I thought I'd better get to the bottom of it and find out how rare and wanted this is. I don't plan to get that amount for it but I don't want to burn myself and sell it for $200 if its supposed to be worth 5 times more.

In the case but without (it appears) much of its orignal finish, I would say the market value would be $175.00-225.00.
