Hello all. Just picked up this cap eagle and was wondering; early NSDAP or SA? I'm having a tough time deciding. I thought SA because of the remnants of the silver finish around the swas, but I've got a picture of Rudolf Hess wearing an early party visor, and he has the same eagle, in Silver, so I'm kinda confused.
