Holster with SS skull RAD insig and wings

I'm thinking of picking up this pistol that comes with some pins on the holster, these are bad images I know but the best I can get, any thoughts?

I think the real issue here would be the condition of the gun and holster not the fact that a vet added these souvenir pickups. To some weapons collectors the badges would a determent as they have damaged the condition of the holster.
