Blood Order Ribbon ok?

someone offered this blood order ribbon to me....not sure whether genuine or not....so all your comments are welcome thanks in advance

I'm pretty sure I have had that one offered to me also. Get some close ups of the stitiching so I can have a count up. Should have a water mark on the ribbon also . If its the same one I decided against it after seing closer pics. But hey if its cheap enough give it a try ! Has it been black light tested?...or is it the one that the sellar says has been washed in chemicals and so glows?

The best ways to tell are:
a. Do the white portions of the ribbon glow bright neon blue under UV light? and
b. Does it feel soft or stiff?
The white portions should not glow brightly and the ribbon should feel like any other original ribbon--not too stiff, not too soft.
If the price isn't too high, it would certainly be worth checking out.
