Could anyone Identify this badge for me, is it pre "45" ?

I believe it is pre '45, in the '30s it was a place where (hitler)jugend use to come. So I think it must be from those years

It's for a Deutsche Jugendherberge (DJH=Youth Hostel). It is a souvienir from a youth hostel - either to raise money for it or to commemorate its opening. Hitler opened 100s of hostels across Germany, many of which are still operating.
