Jubilee Tinnie?

This is a medal with a small blue and white bow. It has a relief of Nurnberg with the name below it on the obverse. On the reverse it has a swastika on one side and two s's intertwined. It states: zur erinnerung a.d. 50 jahr. jubelfeier v.s. u .s.s. b 1883-1933. Any opinions?
