I saw one of these on a market in Poland. I did not like it. It to me was heavy and clumsy. However, I am no expert. If yours gets the thumbs up I will go and but it. But, being Poland, it's likely to be a fantasy piece.

This would be a lightweight tinnie with a safety pin back. The screwback attachment is typical of eastern European fake badges.
