So many books are out there with genuine badges and how to tell them from the fakes. I think it would be interesting to have a book of fakes for reference.

don't know IF they ever made them... But even in the 1970s I had one of these and I always go the 'its a fantasy piece kid' comments..

So, is there period source material that they were even produced?
