Help on NSDAP Party leaders armband please

Hi Guys, a friend was given this armband and he showed it to me at Beltring last weekend. As you can see the pip is missing from the middle and there is a little fraying to the gold wire piping to the arm of the swastika. There is no moth and the paper RZM label is present. He would like to know a "value"? He is a US re-enactor/collector here in the UK and knows nothing about German items. I could not really help him as I don't collect political stuff.

The price of complete armband in good/fine condition is 600$-700$.
This armband's price may be 500-600$ as i think.

The Armband Is For A Kreisleiter. I Would Value It Slightly Lower Than The Value Roman Placed On It Due To The Missing Pip And Overall Condition. However, A Very Nice Piece.
