NSKK helmet, good or bad?

Gents, another piece of the estate of my late friend to be determined. I have no idea about these items, so every comment is helpful.
There are no markings, stamps etc. I can find in the liner. It does look like an old helmet and eagle as well, but these days that doesn´t mean a lot.

The eagle seems to be a cast or reproduction. I cannot verify the helmet if it is genuine from the period. You are also correct that an aged feel does not mean anything as these days, the aged look can be faked.

Hello, helmet himself looks good. The Eagle, IMO, not good.
