No,its not.Panzer is Heer.The army is not political.

Never said it was, again if you search busts you will see they come up here sometimes. A Heer Bust doesn't really fit in any section, it's not a medal or award, field gear, uniform or Insignia. By all means if there is a better place it can be moved there. But when deciding where to put it I did a search to see where similar items had been put in the past, and if you look at the history of this topic, it becomes a catch all for stuff that doesn't fit in other sections.
