No. Fake aging, RZM tag under the cloth, poor bullion work on the oak leaves etc. All red flags.

I agree with Sydney's response. The RZM license tag was always applied at the end of the manufacturing process, so a tag beneath the folds of a tab would be incorrect. The RZM tag was always applied to the reverse of the left tab of a set of collar tabs, though I can't tell for sure which is which from your photos.
