Jo, very interesting post,[, http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...php?t=903528re M1/70's suspension in October 1935.
However, all of the final RZM lists conclude with M1/184. which per the timeline in your book, The Party Badge Book shows that license #184 was granted in the late 30s, if not later.
All references show M1/70 Franz Otto still listed.
Now, if old Franz had not made the final cut in the late 30s his name should have been absent, such as M1/33, which you outed on a Studentbund Badge full marked with the RZM trademark plus M1/33. The final list at the end of the 30s, sure enough skips from M1/32 to M1/34. http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=906292
Therefore, though M1/70 may have been suspended, why is he still listed at the end of the 30s, Jo?
How about a cogent explanation. And even if you explain it, and tell us the references are wrong or some such thing, let's say you are right and Otto was kaput at the end of 1935. Since we know that the RZM system of marking started circa March 1935, there is still sufficient time 7 months, for Otto to churn out the HJ badges numbered 8000-9000.
I kinow these are a lot of facts to deal, but impress the membership with some factual explanations of the evidence I have provided.
