    HJ achievement badge opinions?

    Hello everyone,

I picked this badge up awhile ago from a guy who said he got it from an auction back in the 70s-80s with a few other badges. I would be glad to hear some opinions on it. The RZM code on this badge seems to look doubled up? He had an Ek1 and Ek2 that didn't check out which makes me question the authenticity of this badge especially with what appears to be a doubled up RZM code??

    Many thanks in advance

    Brayden

Looks like "Black" grade - - not often seen - - a good acquisition.

And an issued one to boot, not a replacement.

Thank you for your opinions on this piece!

I'm curious, with the serial number on the back is that a production number or an issue number?

That is an issue number that would have matched the packet that it came in.

Would something like that be traceable to who it once belonged to by the issue number?

Yes. Difficult to find out who wore the specific numbered badge, but yes the number was documented. Here is a with more insight and information.
