Unknown (to me) Armband

I would appreciate any help in identifying this armband. I've previously been told it was for the DJ and someone else told me it was for the Dutch version of the HJ. Again, your help would be most appreciated.

It is not DJ, nor Dutch. Likewise armbands were worn in Belgium, as far as I know!

Thanks for the information & photos. Guys. I do appreciate it. A militaria dealer that I showed it to today said it was a very HJ version that existed prior to the adoption of the standard version that we normally see. Can anyone either confirm or possible refute that?
