The bugle itself is original. I can't make out the engraving on the bell. The strap and wrap look legitimate as well.

Thank you, it says "SL 353"

Could it be 'St.' vs. 'Sl'? That should indicate Standarte 353 (per the SHAEF listing there was a St. 353 in Eschwege in SA Group Hesse).
