    Mil,
Collecting BO is not that easy, especially cased one .
Ulric's site one( 1st pattern) is very nice.

      Hi Chen,

I've never bought from Ulric - Too expensive for my wallet.

That is a nice BO on Ulrics site. That said, the price on the 1st pattern metals has definitely skyrocketed in recent years.

What is the asking price for the Ulric piece? Sorry but I don't surf his site often and I think the navigation (JMO) is not as user-friendly as our German dealer counterparts.

You would have to raid your piggy bank plus sell those Coburg badges

                Thanks Jon.

I stopped using piggy banks for many moons now. Do you still use them?

#773 is a nice medal. Last time it was sold in a UK auction it sported a different ribbon. The one it hangs on now looks, interesting, I'd like to see that in hand.

Interesting Jon regarding the ribbon change but gotta say that I like the current ribbon more than the former one.

                            Hi Mil,

What did you think of the Nuremberg Eagle recently sold by Ulrich?

                            http://www.ulricofengland.com/index....ow&ref=g007964

In my opinion it was a nice M3/100 bird with a more scarce bronze finish but the price was very high- around the same price as a second pattern B.O sold for recently. Way too expensive for me but congratulations to who ever bought it,

                            Cheers,
                            Michael

Agree Michael, the detail is quite amazing on this bird.
