Hat is a good one.
At the time this hat was made, I believe the white piping would indicate NPEA.

I looked at this one, along with the other two that are offered also. Have you considered the rather odd piping material, the ink stamps and lack of RZM tag?

I don't believe NPEA students wore an edelweiss on their caps. Just my humble thoughts...!
