HJ Winter Cap

Hi All
A client offered me this cap in a trade and i am not really a cloth headgear collector. It is supposed to be for HJ but even though I am not very knowledgeable in headgear I think it has some issues such as the Plastic label inside opposed to an RZM one? What are your thoughts?

Agree. Civilian ski cap, commonly seen on EbayDE as "Bodenfund".
