Strange Party Pin from Wiesbaden?

Picked this up , never seen one before SAEV ? Anybody got a clue. Thanks for any help i can get.

What a lovely and rare badge indeed. The E.V is the abbreviation for "Registered Club" in German. (eingetragene Verein[e]) It`s an early 1930`s badge for the ring of friends of the S.A in Wiesbaden. Lovely it is a keeper for sure.
