Looks more like late 19th century-early 20th century. I don't think it's related to the III. Reich.

I like the tram line along the inside mate, same as on the AH napkin. However think it's a coincidence as like Erich I think this is probably earlier than 30s . Neat for displaying stuff on though!

Yes - such pieces were already made before 1933 and already within the Kaiserreich.
Nonetheless due the top condition and the way it´s been done it is possibly younger than that and indeed a period piece - I think at least we can exclude this to be made postwar.
