Nice example that might be unissued. If you check in the inside breast pocket, there may be an RZM label. The tunic would have had collar piping (blue, white, red, or yellow/gold), collar tabs, and an armband. Judging by the style, the uniform was made in 1939 or after.

Well, here is what I get for being lazy. I answered your question saying that it had no RZM tag. I did this from memory when I bought the uniform and took the pictures - August 15th.
Today, I took it out of storage and found I was wrong. Soooo, here are two more pictures.

Tunic

Nice set! I agree it's likely never been worn, since there's no collar piping or ghost where collar tabs would have been. The necktie would likely also have an RZM tag on it's reverse, but that tie does not look like an NSDAP tie.
