Rare NSDAP Ausland Org. refugees booklet ?

Somebody offer me this 2 booklet for one german refugges from Egipt i think . Is this interesting or rare ? And what is F Ausweis ? Newer seen this before . Any help welcome.

The "F" stands for "Flüchtling." There was always a fight between NSDAP Ausland and the Einwanderzentralstelle (EWZ) over who "got" these refugees.
