Not one of the accepted makers. M1/128 is frequently used on fake enamel. Such a low serial number would fit better on a Hoffstätter.

Wim is the master here, but IMHO, looking the details, if it´s a fake it´s a very well done one.

There exist even a Honor Badge with Oakleaves from this maker with an identical reverse set-up. That one managed it to get in one of Johnson's War Booty books (page 181).
It is best to stick by the following makers:

I'm not saying 128 couldn't have made one, but this one strikes me as a restrike. I think showing other 128 made gold youth pins would be interesting for comparisons...
