Nice photo. This appears to be a D.J. leader due to the cap he is wearing, holding the rank of Jungzugfuhrer as shown by two pips and the lanyard he wears. D.J. leaders wore two shoulder straps of the H.J. pattern with the numerals and piping in mouse grey coloring as opposed to the single unpiped D.J. strap for members. It's odd that he wears the D.J. Leader cap but appears to be a Striefendienst Scharfuhrer. The numeral appears to be from Jungbann 447 Wolfenbuttel of Obergebiet Nord, Gebiet 8, Niedersachsen. He also appears to be wearing a Striefendienst cuff title so probably a Striefendienst member. An interesting photo due to the fact the D.J. Leader cap and the cuff title being shown worn together. Great photo.

Also interesting is the wear of the party badge on the H.J. uniform and the armband worn with the D.J. leaders cap. Normally a Sigrune with piping was worn to denote higher D.J. ranks. The D.J. cap is really throwing me off here in this photo. An unusual combination of insignia and headwear. A D.J. Leader in the Striefendienst that is also a party member. Really nice photo.
